OneFile Tracker is an electronic solution for learners who are completing their qualification on a paper portfolio. It allows assessors to electronically track the progress of their learners with internet-based live reporting and storage as electronic records.

Tracker can be implemented in two different ways; Tracking at criteria level or at unit level.

Tracking Options

Criteria Tracker

Track at the finest level. Track the learner's criteria and knowledge level achievements, even track the number of times achievements have been completed.

Unit Tracker

Track learner performance at a faster pace. Record learner progress electronically tracking progress at unit level e.g. 25%, 50%, 75% etc.

Tracker Plus

Unlock the full potential of the Tracker with Tracker Plus. Tracker Plus combines Tracker with ILP and LMS+ for a comprehensive electronic solution.

ILP and LMS+ allow you to customise the data captured in the Tracker and then record in a bespoke format to meet all your Learning Agreement requirements.

What does it cost?

Individual Tracker licences are priced from £5 + VAT and the minimum order is 100 licences.

Each licence covers one learner doing a single qualification (or multiple qualifications as part of a single framework).
