Create an electronic Learning Agreement...

OneFile ILP is an add-on to our e-Portfolio and Tracker products - a powerful tool for creating Learning Agreements online. Used in conjunction with the bundled LMS+ add-on it allows your centre to bespoke and build your own ILPs and Learning Agreements.

After the ILP or Learning Agreement template has been designed it is assigned to learners and other parties to complete. Once this has been done the Learning Agreement can be signed by the various parties.

Changes made to the Learning Agreement are tracked over time and highlighted to a programme manager. If need be the Learning Agreement can then be re-signed to comply with the regulations of the Skills Funding Agency.

What does it cost?

The ILP is part of the e-Portfolio Plus and Tracker Plus solutions, there is a one-off set-up fee of £500 which includes the LMS+ add-on and the conversion of your current paper version into electronic format. The ILP will then be made available to any of your e-Portfolio or tracker accounts.
