I have really enjoyed doing an NVQ Level 3 in Management as it has refocused me on my job role and allowed me to realise the opportunities for improvement and change. OneFile has been extremely easy to use and I love the way it plots your progress. I will definitely be going on to do a Level 4 straight away if available. I have found the whole experience with OneFile is a fantastic way of learning a new skill. OneFile helps you to keep your training separate from your day job; you can set aside some time each day and then sign onto OneFile and concentrate on whatever task you or your tutor has set. My tutor is great and we use OneFile to collate evidence and she can give me supportive messages which give me great encouragement. OneFile is very easy to access; you can access it at work or at home and it is very user friendly. I am recommending this method of distance learning to all my friends.
