Getting creative

"An opportunity arose to be ‘creative’ within the Process Management framework. We had nine new apprentices registered to the standard and as part of the process and I was tasked with developing an onsite training plan to map against the competencies within the standard. The aim of the training plan was to prepare the learners for the Independent End Assessment. OneFile was key in this development, as it allowed us to utilise best practice of assessment and re-use the functions to carry out and track onsite training."

Building bespoke apprenticeship standards

"The work-based learning guide that was part of the criteria for the onsite training was built into OneFile by their standards team. They worked with me to ensure that the information was correct and the qualification could be transparent. The standards team were very professional and were able to understand exactly what was needed to build the new qualification."

Flexibility

"Following the input, the OneFile platform allowed me to create new methods, change terminology and was flexible enough to allow me to interpret the new way of working.
